Payments & Donations
Payment via Check
Make checks payable to "WJHS BPA." In the Memo section, please include "Student Name, Month/Year Payment."
Submitting Checks and Cash
1. Place the check or cash into an envelope labeled with the student's name and what the payment is for. The envelope should go in the "Black Box" in the WJHS Band Room, near the front white board and color guard room. If not during official school year and hours, please confirm with the Band Directors that the band room will be open.
2. Mail the check or cash to: WJHS BPA
65 Glen Road, PMB 225
Garner, NC 27529
Online Payments
Zelle is the BPA's new preferred method for electronic payments and donations. The fees associated with Zelle are significantly lower than PayPal.
Easily send money directly between almost any U.S. bank account, typically within minutes with a valid email address or mobile phone number. If your bank or credit union does not offer Zelle, download the Zelle app! For more information, click the white button above.
Payments and donations via Zelle should be made citing the following email address in the "To" section in Zelle: wjhsbandbpa@gmail.com. Please include what the payment is for in the "Message" box.
Example Message: Marching Band Payment for Johnny Appleseed, August 2023
PayPal may also be used (@wjhsband), though please note that Zelle is preferred as their rates are lower.
In the "Add a Note" section in PayPal, please include your student's name and what the payment is for.
Example Message: Alumni Sponsor, August 2023
Donations & Sponsors
Anyone is welcome to make a donation to the West J Bands & Ensembles. They are tax-deductible! We offer a few rewards for those that may be interested in financial support for the program.
Corporate Sponsors can fill out this form with specific benefits based on the size of the donation, such as your logo in our programs and/or a Jazz Band performance at your business!
Alumni are encouraged to donate to the Scholarship Fund. Alumni are also welcome to perform with the Marching Band in the stands at the Homecoming Football Game each year!
